Data-practice boundaries

Verified should mean usable, permitted, and explainable.

ProofQueue is built for a narrow readiness pilot, not bulk-list resale. These are the working boundaries to approve before prospect review.

Approved scope

  • One agreed ICP slice, geography, and buyer-role set.
  • Approved source categories documented before research starts.
  • Business contact routes only when use and sharing are permitted.

Suppression rules

  • Customer-provided suppression lists are respected in the review set.
  • Opt-out, do-not-contact, and restricted accounts are excluded when supplied or discovered.
  • Held records name the missing evidence instead of filling gaps with guesses.

Retention and sharing

  • Packet data is shared only with the approved customer reviewers.
  • Records with route restrictions are redacted or held instead of treated as call-ready.
  • Retention and deletion expectations should be approved at kickoff.

Hard exclusions

  • No guessed direct routes.
  • No outreach or meeting booking during the pilot.
  • No guarantee of connects, replies, meetings, pipeline, or revenue.
